We're building more than a trade school. We're building a bridge between untapped potential and life-changing careers — powered by Florida International University.
America faces a skilled trades crisis. Over 500,000 trade jobs sit unfilled while millions of capable, motivated individuals lack access to quality training, stable housing, and a clear pathway to a career. Traditional trade schools and apprenticeship programs address pieces of this puzzle — but nobody brings it all together.
TradeWorks Academy was founded on a simple premise: when you give someone housing, training, employment, and support — all together, in one place — everything changes. Retention rates soar. Employers get day-one-ready talent. Communities thrive.
Powered by Florida International University's NCCER-certified curriculum and supported by a coalition of workforce agencies, behavioral health providers, and employer partners, TradeWorks Academy is the bridge between untapped potential and a skilled trades career.
