Training Program Disclaimers

Regarding Training and Education:

No Employment Guarantees: We do not guarantee jobs, placement, hiring, or salary
No Outcome Guarantees: Completion does not ensure employment or success
Statistics Are Estimates: Employment data is for illustration only
Employer Decisions: Hiring and employment decisions are beyond our influence
Admission Is Discretionary: Decisions are final and not subject to appeal
We Reserve All Rights: Programs may be modified or terminated anytime
You Assume All Risks: Including injury during training or travel

Safety and Hazard Assumption of Risk

Inherent Risks: You acknowledge and assume all risks associated with:

Hands-on training with tools, equipment, and machinery
Working at heights, in confined spaces, or hazardous environments
Exposure to hazardous materials, chemicals, and dangerous substances
Physical injury from equipment, tools, or operations
Environmental conditions including heat, cold, and weather
Actions of other trainees, instructors, or third parties

We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage.

Employer Partner Disclaimers

Regarding Employer Partners:

No Representations: We make no claims about employer reliability or stability
Employer Actions: Hiring, firing, and decisions are the employer's alone
Employment Not Guaranteed: Even with an employer partner
Terms Are Between You and Them: Wages and conditions are negotiated with employers
Not Your Agent: We are not your agent or the employer's agent
Disputes: Disputes with employers are your responsibility

Third-Party Disclaimer

No Responsibility For:

Third-party websites, services, products, or content
The conduct, actions, or omissions of any third party
Data collection or privacy practices of external sites
Transactions or interactions with third parties
Accuracy of third-party information or advice

All third-party interactions are at your own risk.

Legal Protections

Class Action Waiver: You waive rights to class or collective actions
